•The film should be packed in a plastic bag.
•Lay film face down on flat surface with a flat item such as a book on top for weight to keep
paper from curling.
•Film Storage: 18-25°C (64-77°F)
• Optimum Temperature: 21.5°C ( 70.7°F)
•Humidity: 45-65%
•Do not open until ready to use.

Q1: Do you offer activator?
A: We do have activator, but it's chemical liquid, our shipping agent not ship it. If you have agent can ship you activator, we can ship to your agent China Warehouse. If you not have agent, we can give you free activator formula shipping with your film order.

Q2: How to proceed an order for hydrographic films?

Secondly Choose patterns in our catalog, and send us order list,We quote invoice according to your requirements.

Thirdly customer pay for the invoice by PayPal, Western Union, T/T or Alibaba onlnie Payment. Fourthly We arrange the shipping and send you Tracking number.

Q3: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-7 days if the goods are in stock ( 90% of films are in stock). or it is 7-10 days if the goods are not in
stock, it is according to quantity.

Q4: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

Q5: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment 100% in advance for film. Payment 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment for machines.

Q6: What if the shipping cargo were damage or shortage ?
A: We will well pack the hydro graphics dipping film in carton box and wrapped with tapes, and we choose the best express company( UPS/Fedex/EMS ) to avoid shipping damage. If you got damaged packing, please kindly let us know at the earliest. Before you open the box please take photo of the package, weight the total weight, and send us pics. We will make up you soon after the damage or shortage confirmed.

Q7: Is it OK to print my design films and logo ?
A: Yes, Please send us your design file in Format .AI or .PSD. We will check your design then send you quotation and print procedure .
